This is a simple pasta recipe. Tomato Pasta with fusili pasta.  I once had pasta in a restaurant, it was so bland and tasteless. So wanted to try on my own and came up with this easy recipe. Pasta is a good alternative to the usual boring menu. We usually have this for dinner or somtimes even as lunch. This is just plain tomato pasta made with store bought tomato sauce. If you prefer to use homemade Pasta Sauce, do check out the recipe. You can aslo add any vegetables of your choice. Do check out this Cheesy Tomato Pasta if interested. It can be made in a jiffy. Am sure kids would love this too. Chotu’s favourite is this Pasta in White Sauce.

Now to the recipe..

Tips:

  1. I have used vegetable stock cubes. If you are a non vegetarian u can use the non veg options.
  2. Have not used salt in the recipe as the stock cubes have salt in them. If not using stock cubes, cook pasta with salt.
  3. Any other pasta shape can be used.
  4. Olive oil can be used for a nice flavour.
