Onion Chutney is a simple and spicy chutney for Idli/Dosa. This is yet another no-coconut chutney that can be made in a jiffy. This is a comfy chutney to make as onions are always available in my pantry. I love to have this with idlis. It tastes best when made with sambar onions/shallots. I have used a combo of sambar onions and normal onions here!! ( Actually what I had in hand)

Jeera Aloo is a simple yet mouth-watering side dish with potatoes spiced with cumin seeds and freshly ground curry powder. It gives a magical taste to it. Potato is our favourite, its almost everybody’s favourite. We love potato in any form, be it a dry sabzi like Baby Potato Fry or a gravy like Dum Aloo. This Jeera Aloo goes well with roti or rice. Paruppu Urundai Kuzhambu is a traditional recipe of Tamil Nadu. Its a lip-smacking kuzhambu prepared by cooking lentil balls in tamarind gravy. Lentil balls are steamed and then added to the kuzhambu. Alternatively it can be added directly to the kuzhambu without steaming. It serves well with rice, idli, dosa or even chapathi.

I love cutlets, be it with mixed vegetables or just with potato. Wanted to try something different and made this Bread Cutlet. The actual reason was I had some left-over bread that was about to expire 😉 I did make good use of them and it was a super hit 🙂 This bread cutlet was crispy outside and soft inside.
