Chocolate Banana Milkshake – Choco Banana Milkshake

Milkshakes & Ice-creams are always a “YES” for me – No matter, how cold the weather may be.. Hope its the same with you, especially KIDS!! I have one fussy kid at home who refuses to eat fruits.
So this Chocolate Banana Milkshake is a perfect way to sneak in some bananas & nuts!!
Now to the recipe..
[Preparation Time-5 mins : Cooking Time- NIL]
Ingredients:
- Ripe Bananas – 2 medium
- Milk – 2 cups
- Chocolate syrup/ Nutella – 3 tbsp
- Cashew or Almonds – 4 to 5
Method:
- Peel & chop bananas. Blend it along with the other ingredients in a blender until smooth & frothy. ( U will not be able to see the nuts though as they sank inside)
Chocolate Banana Milkshake is ready.
Pour it into serving glasses & enjoy!!
Tips:
- U can top up with a scoop of ice-cream before serving.
- U can replace chocolate syrup/nutella with cocoa powder & sugar. As per the above recipe – I haven’t used any sugar though.
- U can skip the nuts & use low fat milk for a low fat version.
