Spicy Vazhakkai Podi Curry is ready.
Serve hot with rice and rasam or sambar.
Tips:
- Adjust red chillies according to your taste. This was a bit spicy, May be u could reduce it to 2.
- Cook the raw banana carefully, as will it turn out mushy very quickly.
- Make sure to add the ground masala only after the raw banana is cooked.
- You can make the masala powder without coconut and keep it handy for making poriyals.
