Adai is always welcome at home. This Godhuma Rava Adai is fully packed with fibre and protein. We are not using rice in this recipe. I always find it as an easy option too, as it is a quick fix recipe for breakfast or dinner. All u need to plan is the soaking time. Usually it is made with rice, chana dal & toor dal. But I add what all lentils is available in hand and make it as a Multi Grain Adai.
