I am always in the look for some evening/after school snacks. This Rice Pakoda had been in my to-do list since a long time, or to be precise since I tried Idli Pakoda. It is quite similar to it with a few minor changes as I did not want to have the same taste. These Rice Fritters were so easy to make, crispy from outside and soft inside. Perfect snack with a cup of coffee!! I bet nobody will be able to find out that it is made of rice. In fact I used a bowl of left over rice
So this recipe is a double dhamaka – perfect use of left over rice and a yummy snack in just a few mins!!

So I usually make this in double the quantity so that it can used for masala dosa too.
