Kaju Pista Roll had been in my plan list for last year’s Diwali. Somehow could not manage to make it. This time when I made the Kaju Katli video, made it as an extended version. It is in fact an extension of Kaju Katli as the base layer is the same with an additional pista filling. Made it as a video recipe too. Carrot Burfi is a mouth-watering sweet perfect for Diwali. This is yet another sweet which does not need sugar syrup consistency. It is a no fail recipe even beginners can try. Nobody will be able to find out that it is made out of carrot. The combo of besan makes it taste like carrot mysore pak. Though the procedure for mysore pak is different.
