A smoothie is a thick, smooth drink made out of fresh fruit combined with yogurt, milk or ice cream. This Mango Banana Smoothie is an incredibly delicious smoothie made of fresh mangoes and a flavour of banana. U can start your day with this fresh fruity smoothie as it is very filling and wholesome. I am sure kids would love it too..

Now to the recipe…
[Preparation Time-10 mins : Cooking Time- NIL]
Ingredients:
- Mango – 1
- Banana – 1 small
- Vanilla Yogurt – 1/4 cup (see tips)
- Milk – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Peel the skin of mangoes and chop them into cubes. Likewise, slice the banana into pieces. Blend together the chopped mangoes, banana, yogurt & milk until smooth.
Mango Banana Smoothie is ready.
Serve chilled!!
Tips:
- U can use low fat yogurt & low fat milk for a low fat Mango Banana Smoothie.
- I have used vanilla yogurt in the recipe. U can substitute it with normal yogurt too. It tastes good.
- U can add more milk for a thin version of smoothie.
- I havent added any sugar/honey. U can add as per your choice.
- U can add a few ice cubes and blend for a chilled smoothie. Else keep the chopped mangoes/bananas in the fridge and blend it before serving.
