Making pizza perfectly at home has always been a dream. Personally I dont prefer using yeast. This is a No Yeast Paneer Pizza with 2 options – with and without oven. Gobi 65 is Chotu’s favourite. Anytime we go to a restaurant he would ask for this. Have tried making this at home many times but could not convince him. He loved the restaurant style ones.. Zucchini(in American English) or Courgette(in British English) is a summer squash veggie. I always had a doubt if both the names meant the same one. Finally googled it and found out. I get it here in the name of Courgette. Many of them know by the name Zucchini. I use it quite often in making Quesadilla. So this time tried this Zucchini Fritters for a change. It tasted awesome.
