Oats Upma is my favourite, though I am not a big fan of oats(the porridge variety) I like this upma. This is a healthy breakfast/dinner recipe which can be made in a jiffy. Its kids friendly too. It supplies a steady stream of energy that kids require especially to kick start the day. Loaded with vegetables this is completely nutritious. If u are a fan of sambar sadham, try this Sambar Sadham recipe with Oats.
