Vazhaipoo Paruppu Usili is a traditional recipe. Paruppu Usili is nothing but a blend of lentils and spices, which is then mixed with vazhaipoo or other veggies. Paruppu Usili can be made with beans, cluster beans too. It is actually a handy recipe to increase the quantity of poriyal when u end up buying a little less of the veggie. It tastes awesome with Mor Kuzhambu. Mor Kuzhambu & Beans Usili is the normal “Hit” combo at home. This was good too. 🙂 Cleaning Vazhaipoo is a cumbersome task, but it is worth its health benefits.
