Idli Pakoda – Yes u read it right!! This recipe is about Idli Pakoda, made with left over idlis. Usually when I make idlis, atleast 4-5 idlis will be left over. Chotu loves pakodas especially Cabbage Pakoda and Palak Pakoda. So I tried this Idli Pakoda to impress him. Chotu could not even find out that idlis were hidden in it. Chow Chow is called Chayote in Engish. I normally make kootu with it. Chotu is not a big fan of kootu varieties, so I end up making this Chow Chow Chutney to sneak peak this veggie. Its an easy and simple chutney and the good news is that no coconut is needed in this recipe. Pairs perfectly with idli/dosa.
