  • Veg Sandwich – Green chutney + sliced onion, tomato, cucumber, potato & cheese. Grilled in a toaster.
  • Zucchini Fry – 1 Sliced zucchini tossed in a tsp of olive oil in high flame for 5 Mins and finally seasoned with chilli/garlic flakes & salt!
Fruit Salad – 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a banana, a handful of grapes, sliced and topped with a drizzle of jaggery syrup!
I am a huge fan of jaggery syrup. I keep in handy always & even use it as a substitute for sugar in tea. Rich in iron, especially for us πŸ’ͺ
Millet Curd Rice – Used barnyard millet. Nothing fancy, just usual curd rice with crushed mor milagai added to it. So skipped the pickle..
