Carrot Pickle is an easy and yummy pickle variety. We usually love pickles especially home made ones. Our all time favourite is this Tomato Pickle. Am not a big fan of carrots, but I like this pickle. This is an instant pickle with not much fancy ingredients. Can be made in a jiffy. All you need to do is slice the carrots thickly, temper and add some seasoning. Is that not simple?!? 🙂 Do check out the quick video.

I never had any idea of making a pickle out of green grapes. I had bought 2 packs of grapes during my last week shopping. These green grapes happened to be so sour that could not be consumed happily as a fruit, so ended up making this Green Grapes Pickle. Trust me it tasted just yumm! Sour, sweet, spicy & flavourful! I always fancy making pickles at home. My all time favourite is Mango Pickle. A couple of weeks back I happened to buy a whole bunch of sambar onions. Yes, this is the first time I am seeing them tied up like this. See the picture below. Was so excited and bought a whole bunch. So now u know the reason for this Sambar Onion Pickle. This Nellikai Oorugai / Gooseberry Pickle is a simple and lip-smacking pickle that can be made instantly. I was really excited to buy these gooseberries in our Indian shop last week.
