This creamy white sauce is so easy and takes just 15 mins to make. The moment I think of this white sauce the first dish that comes to my mind is Pasta. I love to have Pasta in white sauce (Recipe coming soon) Click HERE for recipe.. You can use it to make pasta or as a dip to dunk in some french fries or tortillas. Am sure it will be a hit among kids. No fancy ingredients are needed.

Now to the recipe..

Tips:

  1. I have added oregano, u can add seasoning of your choice like dried basil, parsley etc..
  2. U can add chilli flakes too.
  3. After adding the corn flour, keep the flame in low-medium and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
  4. U can substitute corn flour with all purpose flour.
  5. This sauce thickens faster after it cools down. If it becomes too thick add some milk and heat before serving.
