November 28, 2017 Soups  One comment

Winter days are already here & its freeeeezing now-a-days. All I want is something hot to drink. Soups are always welcome at home. This Butternut Squash caught my eye during last week’s shopping. Hence the result – Butternut Squash Soup 🙂 I should say it is deliciously creamy & sweet. It has a mild nutty flavour which I loved the most. Its a perfect soup to pack it in a flask for lunch too!

Beetroot is not my favourite. Hubby & Chotu love it though. I usually make this Beetroot Fry for chapathi/rice & love this Halwa!. This time I made this Beetroot Pulao as an one pot meal.
