Tawa frying veggies has been my long time wish. I have seen many people tawa frying yam. I made this Sweet Potato Tawa Fry last week and it was a super hit. I somehow feel like making some non-veg as it resembles fish fry. Sweet Potatoes were the best to tawa fry as they get cooked very quickly. They were sweet, spicy, crispy.. Yumm!!
