Paneer is an all time favourite, especially for vegetarians!! This Paneer Capsicum Sabji recipe is the most easiest of all Paneer recipes. It can be made very easily and quickly, yet it tastes yummy.  This can be a delicious lunch box idea for kids – as a roti wrap or a grilled sandwich. Kids would love it! This is Chotu’s favourite filling for sandwich. Check out the sandwich recipe if interested. This sandwich is not only wholesome but also healthy as kids get a good dose of veggies and paneer. You can make it more attractive by using all colours of capsicum or whichever is available. Check my full collection of Paneer recipes HERE.

Tips:

  1. I used store bought paneer, so had to grate it. If using homemade u can use it without setting the paneer, which will be in a scrambled form.
  2. U can add tomato or lemon juice for a tangy flavour.
  3. I used green, red & yellow capsicum. U can use available ones.
  4. Do not overcook after adding scrambled paneer else it will get hard.
  5. You can add 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder for an extra zing.
