Paneer Bhurji Gravy is the most easiest paneer recipe to make. Well if u want to know what “Bhurji” means, its nothing but “scrambled”. We are using scrambled/grated paneer or I would rather say fresh paneer (without being set) in this recipe. Hence the name Paneer Bhurji. Do try this Capsicum Paneer Sabji if u prefer the dry version. This Paneer Bhurji Gravy is more of a street style gravy. Tastes yumm with roti, naan or even toasted bread/pav. Check out the video..

Serve hot with roti or naan!
Tips:
- I used homemade paneer and used it as is without letting it to set. If using store bought, grate and use it.
- I used green & yellow capsicum. U can use available ones.
- U can make the same as a dry version without adding water.
