Paneer Jalfrezi – Easy Paneer Recipes

Paneer Jalfrezi is a simple and delicious sabzi variety to go with roti, naan or paratha. It is a semi-dry dish, more like a stir fry with full of flavours. Though Paneer Butter Masala is my all time favourite, this has become a recent favourite too, may be because of the simplicity in making it. No grinding or any long procedure involved. All u need are a few ingredients and this can be made in 15-20 mins. This can wrapped in roti/chapathi and served as a perfect lunch for kids/adults. Recipe with video..
Here is the video..
Now to the recipe..

Tips:
- U can add a dash of tomato sauce if u wish.
- Baby corn can be added along with capsicum.
- Make sure the veggies are crunchy.
- Do not over cook after adding the paneer. It will make it rubbery.
