Yes! Its the mango season again! I so so love mango. But sadly am the only mango lover amongst the three of us at home. Nevertheless I never miss it while it is in season. To begin the season, here is a simple and refreshing Mango Juice recipe. No fancy items needed. Just blend a few ingredients and enjoy this chilled drink for this scorching summer. [Preparation Time-10 mins]
Mango Juice Ingredients:
- Ripe Mango – 1
- Cane Sugar – 2 tsp (optional)
- Ginger – a small piece
- Mint leaves – few
Method:
- Peel the skin of mango and chop it roughly. Take in a blender along with cane sugar, ginger and mint leaves. Add little water and blend smooth.
Thats it! Refreshing Mango Juice ready!
Serve chilled.
Tips:
- U can skip sugar if u dont prefer.
- Use ripe, good quality mangoes.
- Ginger & mint are just for a flavour. Do not add more.
