Cold Coffee Recipe

Cold Coffee is yet another simple and easy drink to have during hot summer days. If you are a coffee lover and want something cold, then this Cold Coffee is perfectly for you!! Without much fancy ingredients, this is a refreshing drink. Rather than consuming the restaurant ones, this Cold Coffee is not only economical but also tastes better. This Cold Coffee recipe is without any icecream, U can use Vanilla Icecream if u prefer!!!
Now to the recipe..
[Preparation Time-10 mins ]
Ingredients :
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Instant Coffee powder – 1 tsp
- Warm Water – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chocolate Syrup – 1 tbsp (optional)
Method:
- Take instant coffee powder in a small bowl and add warm water to it. Mix it so that it dissolves well. Take boiled and chilled milk in a mixer.
- To this add the coffee mixture, sugar and chocolate syrup. Blend well until all the ingredients mix well and it is frothy.
Thats it!! Cold Coffee is ready!!
Serve chilled!!
Tips:
- I have used whole milk. U can use skimmed milk for a low calorie version of Cold Coffee.
- U can add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate icecream.
- Adjust sugar and coffee powder according to your preferences.
- I have used instant coffee powder. If you are using filter coffee, make decoction and continue with the rest of the steps.
- U can use a few ice cubes while blending the Cold Coffee.
I often drink coffee in the evening when I work. I feel more awake. in the spring, I think a cold cup of coffee would be great. thank you.
