Mango Popsicle is an easy Popsicle recipe to delight your kids during this hot summer!! It is a sweet treat to be enjoyed while mangoes are in season. This Mango Popsicle can be made in no time. All you only need patience to let it set/freeze to enjoy these cool popsicles. Just whip a few ingredients and freeze it. U can as well put a straw and drink it as a juice too… Post updated with video.. Try my other popsicle recipes if you are interested!

Mango Pospicle My Magic Pan

[Preparation Time-10 mins : Freezing Time- 6-8 hrs or overnight ] 

Mango Popsicle Ingredients:

  • Mango – 2
  • Orange juice – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Wash and peel the mangoes, chop them roughly and discard the seed. Take the chopped mangoes, fresh orange juice and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour it in popsicle moulds and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight. Remove it from the freezer and hold the outer side of the mould in tap water. This will help in getting the Mango Popsicle easily out of the mould.

Tips:

  1. I have used fresh orange juice. U can use fresh or canned ones.
  2. Adding honey is optional. Add more or less according to the sweetness of mango and orange juice.
  3. If u dont have a popsicle mould use disposable cups, cover them with kitchen foil and pierce in some popsicle/icecream sticks to make it.
