Summer!! Summer!! Summer!! How I wish it was hot here just like Chennai!! I always prefer hot weather than the freeezing cold weather.. I should say it is better here nowadays, at least looks bright and dry . The first fruit that comes to my mind in summer is Watermelon. I really miss the sight of the road side shops in Chennai, loaded with watermelons, mangoes and tender coconuts!! So here u go with my favourite fruit juice – Watermelon Juice!!

This is a refreshing juice, perfect for the weather to keep u hydrated. This is a guest post for my friend Usha who shares her recipe at Mahaslovelyhome

Am very glad that she gave me an opportunity to share a recipe in her lovely space. Thanks to her!!

Tips:

  1. No water is required to make this watermelon juice. This fruit has enough water in it.
  2. I served the juice as is without straining. U can strain it if u want.
  3. Skip sugar if u dont prefer to add.
