Watermelon is a totally refreshing fruit with full of water. I can eat how much ever watermelon as is, but the one little picky eater I have at home would not!! This Watermelon Cooler is a cool and refreshing drink perfect for the summer!! It is a easy-peasy drink to make!! U just need to blend cubed watermelon, some lime juice and a few more ingredients. Summer!! Summer!! Summer!! How I wish it was hot here just like Chennai!! I always prefer hot weather than the freeezing cold weather.. I should say it is better here nowadays, at least looks bright and dry . The first fruit that comes to my mind in summer is Watermelon. I really miss the sight of the road side shops in Chennai, loaded with watermelons, mangoes and tender coconuts!! So here u go with my favourite fruit juice – Watermelon Juice!!
