Watermelon Cooler – Watermelon Juice

Watermelon is a totally refreshing fruit with full of water. I can eat how much ever watermelon as is, but the one little picky eater I have at home would not!! This Watermelon Cooler is a cool and refreshing drink perfect for the summer!! It is a easy-peasy drink to make!! U just need to blend cubed watermelon, some lime juice and a few more ingredients. Thats it!!

Now to the recipe…

[Preparation Time-10 mins : Cooking Time- NIL]

Ingredients:

  • Watermelon – 2 cups (cubed)
  • Sugar – as needed
  • Lime juice – from half a lemon
  • Chaat Masala – 1 generous pinch

Method:

  • Peel, deseed the watermelon and chop it into cubes. Take the cubed watermelon, sugar and chaat masala in a mixer. Add the lemon juice to it.

  • Blend until smooth. Strain it using a strainer and serve.

Thats it!! Watermelon Cooler is ready!!

Serve chilled!!

Tips:

  1. U can serve this Watermelon Cooler as is without straining provided u deseed the watermelon. Else please strain it.
  2. Adjust or skip sugar according to your preference.
  3. If u find it difficult to peel the watermelon, cut it into halves and scoop out the flesh.
