Peas Masala – Peas Masala Gravy

Peas Masala is a yummy side dish that goes well with roti and pulao varieties like Jeera Rice or any mild pulao.. Its super creamy and yummy. Mostly when I run out of vegetables I make this dish, as frozen peas is one vegetable that is always available in my freezer. Comes perfectly to the rescue at the right time 🙂 I had posted this recipe long back, now updated with new pics and video. Do check out the quick video below. Creamy & delicious peas masala is ready to serve.

Serve it with roti or pulao.

Tips:

  1.  You can use frozen peas or fresh peas.
  2. I haven’t added ginger garlic paste or garam masala because I prefer the coriander & mint leaves flavour to dominate. You can add as per your choice.
  3. You can add fresh cream too instead of milk while grinding badam or cashews.
  4. I do add garam masala somtimes as I have done in the video.
