Christmas Mug Cake My Magic Pan

  1. Brown sugar is recommended.
  2. I have used raisins and cranberries, u can use candied mixed peel and nuts too.
  3. It took 2 mins in my microwave (850 watts). Timings may vary based on the power of your microwave.
  4. Do not over-bake the cake. Else it will become hard and rubbery.
  5. This cake will rise while baking, but will not overflow. U can use a mug or any microwave proof bowl/ramekins.
  6. Make sure to fill the batter only upto half the level of the mug.
  7. It might look sticky when hot, let it cool for a while and enjoy!!
