Paneer Pulao – Easy Paneer Pulao

September 28, 2020 Biryani/PulaoRice Varieties  No comments

Paneer is always a hit at home. This Paneer Pulao is yet another super hit recipe with paneer. This is a super quick pulao variety, no grinding here since I was not in the mood to grind 🙂 Unlike biryani where you have to wait for the tomatoes to turn mushy and oil ooze out, this can be done quickly. I have added a few veggies here which is totally optional. An one pot meal which is yummy and perfect for those lazy days and for lunch boxes too. Check out the quick video.. This can be served with a simple onion raita or any gravy of your choice. Check Gravy Recipes HERE.

Here is the video..

Tips:

  1. You can add ginger-garlic paste instead of chopped ginger-garlic.
  2. This pulao is a mild one. Adjust spice levels according to your taste buds.
  3. U can squeeze a lemon for that extra zing.
  4. Adding veggies is totally optional. U can skip it and just add paneer.
