Paneer Pulao – Easy Paneer Pulao

Paneer is always a hit at home. This Paneer Pulao is yet another super hit recipe with paneer. This is a super quick pulao variety, no grinding here since I was not in the mood to grind 🙂 Unlike biryani where you have to wait for the tomatoes to turn mushy and oil ooze out, this can be done quickly. I have added a few veggies here which is totally optional. An one pot meal which is yummy and perfect for those lazy days and for lunch boxes too. Check out the quick video..
