I have been craving for some kulfi since a long time. As mangoes are in season made this Mango Kulfi. This is a short cut version of the traditional method with condensed milk and cream. Saw this recipe in milkmaid website and tweaked it a bit to arrive at this recipe. Trust me this is so easy and can be made in a few mins. But the boring part is to wait for it to freeze/set. Adai is always welcome at home. This Godhuma Rava Adai is fully packed with fibre and protein. We are not using rice in this recipe.
