This is yet another instant pickle variety and can be made in 5 mins literally. Recipe with video 🙂 Which is your all time favourite pickle? Mine is this simple Tomato Thokku

Kunukku Recipe – Adai Mavu Kunukku

October 1, 2018 Snacks / Starters  No comments

Kunukku is a simple deep fried snack made with rice and lentils. This is made from left over adai batter. If u have some left over adai batter this can be made in no time. So next time when u grind adai batter, plan to keep a small amount of it separately for this humble evening or after school snack. U might have to add a little bit of water to make adai, so it is better to keep aside some of the batter if u want to make this snack. I have used this Adai Batter as the base. Kunukku can also be made with urad dal batter. Shall post that recipe soon 🙂
