Keerai Sambar is a simple and quick sambar variety for rice. I love all kinds of spinach/keerai. Its very healthy and a good source of iron. U can use any type of spinach including fresh methi leaves (Vendhaya Keerai).. All u need to do is to dump all the ingredients into a cooker and add some tempering and fried onions once its cooked.
