This is mostly found as one of the accompaniments for idli/dosa in any restaurant menu along with sambar, kara chutney, coconut chutney. Coconut Milk Stew is a truly divine side dish for appams, idiyappams, dosa or steamed rice. It is a very simple recipe, once you are done with the coconut milk part. Amma usually makes Potato Stew or with a combination of mixed vegetables. This time I tried with just butter beans and it was super yummy. This is perfect for a weekend brunch menu!! 🙂
