Garlic Bread – Dominos Style Garlic Bread

February 27, 2017 Cakes/Muffins  8 comments

Chotu is a big big fan of the Garlic Bread that we get in Dominos (India). Whenever we are on a vacation, he would love to have it as a main course rather than as a side. I have been wanting to try to make this at home since a very long time as the Garlic Bread that we get here (UK) is totally different from the one that we get there! Paneer is an universal favourite especially for vegetarians. Chotu just loves paneer in any form. I made this Paneer 65 during the holidays and he could not resist to pick one while I was clicking the pics. U can see the result below 🙂 The only planning that u need to do is to marinate the paneer. Once that is done it is only a 15 min process.  Do try my Paneer Pakoda recipe..

Eggless Chocolate Cupcake

Eggless Chocolate Cupcake is such a breeze to make, especially when made for a special person or occasion!! It is a moist, spongy, chocolatey cupcake topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting. I would say its a double dhamaka for all chocolate lovers. I adapted this recipe from joy of baking and made a few changes to suit our taste buds. Believe me, they were so soft that it could be gulped in one shot!! 🙂 With Christmas and hoildays around the corner, I am on baking mode now!! hahahaha.. Recipe with video..
