This lunch menu is a simple South Indian Lunch Menu with healthy Keerai Kootu, Puzhi Kuzhambu, Dal, Homemade Curd & Carrot/Coconut Burfi. Yes as I am on Diwali Mode 😉 so kept the lunch menu simple and included the sweet here. With school holidays, cooking itself is a big task. This lunch menu is a Biryani Meal along with a gravy. Made this on a weekend. On the plate is Veg Biryani, Ennai Kathirikkai, Onion Raita(my hubby’s style) & Potato chips (store bought). We love to switch to this menu in between the boring kuzhambu, rasam & poriyal meals. Usually biryani would be paired with just the onion raita. This time paired it with Ennai Kathirikkai, my all time favourite combo.

Its been quite some time since I posted a lunch menu. This is yet another simple South Indian Lunch Menu with Mochai Murungai Kulambu, Keerai Kootu & Potato Puttu. I had some dried mochai which I did not use for a long time. So soaked it the previous night and made this wholesome lunch menu. Mochai Kulambu goes well with any kootu and/or a suttle dry curry. Have given other options below.

This week’s lunch menu is a simple North Indian Lunch Menu. This is actually my kind of lunch, though I would not include a rice variety during week days. I so so love North Indian lunch. I can live on phulkas for days together. This menu includes Phulkas, Dal Fry, Peas Pulao & the most wanted Paneer Butter Masala. U can keep this combo as an idea and change the sides according to your taste buds and preferences. Have left links below for all that is included in this menu as well as other suggestions!
