I am always in the look for some evening/after school snacks. This Rice Pakoda had been in my to-do list since a long time, or to be precise since I tried Idli Pakoda. It is quite similar to it with a few minor changes as I did not want to have the same taste. These Rice Fritters were so easy to make, crispy from outside and soft inside. Perfect snack with a cup of coffee!! I bet nobody will be able to find out that it is made of rice. In fact I used a bowl of left over rice

Chotu loves pakodas especially Cabbage Pakoda and Palak Pakoda. So I tried this Idli Pakoda to impress him. Chotu could not even find out that idlis were hidden in it. I never told him as he hates idlis. Hehehehehe 🙂

Even kids who are fussy about eating vegetables would like to eat it in this form. Onion Pakoda is another favourite.
