Pakoda is an addictive snack, especially on a rainy day it is divine to munch with a hot cup of coffee. This Ragi Pakoda is a healthier version made with ragi flour/finger millet flour. I already have a few pakoda recipes posted earlier. This Ragi Pakoda was a super hit like the other pakodas as well. Chotu did not like the look of it, but after tasting he just loved it. So if u are like him, do not underestimate this pakoda by its looks!!

Tomato Gotsu or Thakkali Gotsu is an excellent side dish for idli/dosa. It is a very easy and quick fix sambar kind of side dish. When u run out of time, this can be made very quickly without much preparation work. Chotu is a big fan of hot, crispy dosa and sambar. I mostly make this tiffin sambar or this tiffin sambar. This Tomato Gotsu is a nice variation to it. Chotu calls this tomato sambar.
This pairs equally well with Ven Pongal too..

Gobi Manchurian is a popular Indo – Chinese recipe. It is found in most of the Indian restaurant’s menu. This can be made as a gravy or dry version which can be had as a starter. This Gobi Manchurian is a gravy version that goes well with Vegetable Pulao, Jeera Rice or rotis/naan.
For me the biggest problem in making this Gobi Manchurian recipe is – I have to literally hide the fried cauliflower pieces from Chotu and hubby. Else by the time I finish making the gravy, there will be nothing left!!

Mango Milkshake is one of the most popular milkshakes. We do not get good varieties of mangoes here. This time happened to get a very sweet and yummy batch of Kesar Mangoes from the Indian shop. The mangoes were really very juice and soft to handle. We enjoyed a couple of mangoes as is, some went into the Mango Icecream and the rest in this Mango Milkshake.
