Dal is a side dish that I make almost everyday at home. Be it for rice or roti, Dal is a must for us!! This Dal Palak is an easy day-to-day recipe that can be made very quickly. I make variations in the tempering and use different varieties of dal. This Dal Palak has an extra nutritional value due to the addition of palak/spinach.
