Tawa Paneer Masala – Paneer Recipes

Paneer is always a favourite at home. This Tawa Paneer Masala is full of flavours. Its a super-yummy, semi-dry curry that goes well with roti & pulao varieties. Ideally as the name suggests it is made in a tawa. Since I do not have one ideal to make this, I made it in my usual pan. Its the quickest paneer recipe unlike the usual Paneer Butter Masala or Shahi Paneer. Not much planning is needed here as it just calls for the usual ingredients available in the pantry. A good dose of capsicum adds a magical flavour.

Paneer 65 is a very popular starter in any Indian restaurant menu. It is a spicy pakoda kind of snack that can be had with coffee/tea or as a starter. Paneer is an universal favourite especially for vegetarians. Chotu just loves paneer in any form. I made this Paneer 65 during the holidays and he could not resist to pick one while I was clicking the pics.
