Paal Kesari or Milk Kesari is a simple South Indian sweet. I made this for the 1st day of Navaratri (today). Perfect for this festive season and for sudden cravings/guests. It is very similar to the normal Rava Kesari. The addition of milk gives it a magical taste. It tasted more like a halwa! The needed ingredients are always available at home.
