Egg Curry Recipe in My Magic Pan! Yes you read it right! We are still vegetarians, in fact we have always been eating eggs. If u have been following my baking recipes, I would have included eggs. It is just that, it did not strike me to add an exclusive recipe with egg here. So here u go with my version of Egg Curry. It is a simple & straight forward recipe, not much fancy ingredients. Most of the times we prefer this gravy or curry kind of boiled egg recipe. I do make a few more which I shall share soon. This Egg Masala Curry goes well with Biryani, Phulkas or rice.
