Any chutney along with idli/dosa is an unbeatable combo. This Spicy Red Coconut Chutney is quite spicy as the name suggests, as it has red chillies, shallots & garlic. I have already posted a red coconut chutney already which is suitable for travel as well. This does not involve any dry roasting. All u need to do is grind the ingredients and temper it. If u do not want to use onion or garlic check the above chutney.
