Potato is a family favourite!! I think I have told this in as many posts as possible. This Chettinad Potato Fry is no exception to it. This is made with freshly ground spices, which not only enhances the flavour but also adds a magical taste to it. It goes well with rice, rasam or sambar and curd rice! Spicy Baby Potato Roast – Small Potato Fry

Potato will always be in the weekly veggies shopping list. I always make sure that it tastes different every time I cook it. This Spicy Baby Potato Roast is yet another easy and yummy version of potato fry. Not much fancy ingredients or any sort of grinding is needed here. It can be made in less than 30 minutes flat. Goes well with rice, roti or even bread. Usually the leftover (if any) goes into the making of sandwich – my favourite 🙂 Any variety rice – Tamarind Rice or Lemon Rice or Coconut Rice and this potato fry is a divine combo!!
