Rasam is a comfort food at all times. This Pineapple Rasam is yet another flavourful and easy rasam variety. The sweetness and slight sourness of pineapple add a magical flavour to this rasam. When we go on a trip or whenever we miss home food, Rasam, Curd rice & potato fry is the default menu that we long for. 🙂 I had this pineapple rasam in mind since a long time, finally sharing it here. Rasam is always a breeze to make. This Tomato Rasam is no exception to it. The quickest and the most favourite lunch menu for us would be rasam and potato fry. I normally do not store rasam powder as we prefer to have rasam with freshly ground powder. The freshly ground powder does add magic to the rasam. I just make sure to have some minor changes in my rasam powder every time I make it. This Tomato Rasam is also an easy, flavourful and quick rasam.

Rasam is always a comfort food for me. This Paruppu Rasam is yet another easy rasam variety that can be made in a jiffy. It is very popular in any South Indian household.
