Paneer Kheer or Paneer Payasam is a super easy dessert that can be made in like 30 mins. One of my favourites, it actually tastes more like Basundi. With simple ingredients and procedure, the end result is just yumm! It is made using milk & crumbled paneer + sugar or condensed milk to sweeten it. I have used sugar here. Garlic Bread – Dominos Style Garlic Bread

Chotu is a big big fan of the Garlic Bread that we get in Dominos (India). Whenever we are on a vacation, he would love to have it as a main course rather than as a side. I have been wanting to try to make this at home since a very long time as the Garlic Bread that we get here (UK) is totally different from the one that we get there! After a lot of googling, tried the recipe which I adapted from cooking shooking show. I was a bit sceptical to use the MONSTER called yeast, but trust me it is not as bad as I thought.  It really helps to get a soft & fluffy textured Garlic Bread similar to the ones that we get in restaurants. I managed to make a video too. Am super-duper happy as I passed Chotu’s inspection with distinction!! hehehehee.. Do try my Pizza recipe too..
