Carrot Halwa is an all time favourite. It is a divine treat when served warm on a winter day! Yumm!! I love it when made with Delhi carrots. Was so happy and surprised to see them here during last week’s shopping as it is hardly available here. All we get are those English carrots. The red colour of Delhi carrots is so attractive. So it is so obvious that I made this Carrot Halwa. I have already posted a microwave version of this Halwa earlier. Check it HERE.
