Sambar is a must in every South Indian household. This post is about Homemade Sambar Powder / Sambar Podi.. Am sure all of u will agree that homemade is the best and nothing can beat this freshly ground homemade sambar powder. I use it to make Sambar, kootu,poriyal and vatha kuzhambu too.
