Poori and Potato Masala is the unbeatable combo in a South Indian restaurant’s breakfast menu. It is a very easy and quick recipe. Though many of u might know how to make this, I thought this post would be useful for bachelors and beginners. This same Potato Masala can be used as stuffing for masala dosa. So I usually make this in double the quantity so that it can used for masala dosa too.
