Ribbon Pakoda or Ola Pakoda is an ideal snack recipe for Diwali. This is one of my favourites since childhood along with this Thengai Paal Murukku. It is also known as Nada Thenkuzhal/thukkada. This is a perfect tea time snack and for kids snacks box too. I had posted this long long ago.
